Made from late ripening, thicker skinned varieties. Both wild and from the Family's orchard. These apples have not been picked, but have been collected when they have fallen off from the stems. These apples have a form of ''noble rot'' on them, contributing to the overall flavour profile of the cider. The resulting cider is heavy, dry, with a mild milkiness that is oh so delicious. Extremely sophisticated. 7,9% ABV.
