Like most of the ciders from Nagelsbjerg, the Sejerø 2017 is a powerhouse of a cider; crisp, fresh acidity and a great balance between bitterness and ripe apples. Made from Filippa, Golden Delicious and Belle de Boskoop, this cider is vinous with wonderful apple aromas. 3+ years on lees before disgorgement. 8,0ABV
